5-Day Club is a free, fun-filled outdoor adventure where kids ages 5–12 come together for five days of games, singing, engaging Bible stories, and making new friends. Each day is packed with energy and laughter, giving children something to look forward to all week long.

Parents can feel confident knowing that 5-Day Club is led by trained, caring volunteers in a safe and welcoming environment, with Christ-centered teaching that builds character and introduces children to the life-changing message of the gospel.

Whether your child is familiar with the Bible or hearing these stories for the first time, they are sure to have a blast and leave each day with a smile on their face and truth in their heart.

By submitting this form, you are giving permission for your child to participate in all club activities, to receive emergency treatment, and to be included in any club photographs, video publication, and/or website publication. You recognize that during the course of the day camp, unforeseen conditions may develop including accidental injuries and illness. Therefore, in the event of such injuries and/or illness affecting said child, you authorize camp staff to administer such first aid and follow-up treatment and care as in their opinion may be deemed necessary and advisable, hereby releasing them and Child Evangelism Fellowship of Tioga County, Inc. from any liability of the use of their best judgement under the circumstances that may be present.
